Before you join

  • Find a quiet, private place with a camera, microphone and speaker.
  • Join the waiting room 5 minutes before your appointment.
  • Your psychiatrist starts at your booked time.

If you can’t connect

If you’re not in the waiting room or have technical problems, your psychiatrist will call your mobile (as listed in your patient profile) up to 3 times, so please stay online, and may send you a link to another video platform.

If we can’t make contact within 20 minutes, the appointment counts as missed and the full fee is charged to your card on file.
