Tips for your appointment
If you’re not in the waiting room or have technical problems, your psychiatrist will call your mobile (as listed in your patient profile) up to 3 times, so please stay online, and may send you a link to another video platform.
If we can’t make contact within 20 minutes, the appointment counts as missed and the full fee is charged to your card on file.
New patients
You’ll need a referral from your GP or specialist. Send it to us and our team will match you with a psychiatrist and send your intake forms. Not sure about something? Call or email us.
